We at Wicked Shadow Press are excited to announce that we are now considering manuscripts for publications. After several successful anthologies, we are ready to take on the challenge of publishing full-length novels, short story collections, flash fiction collections, novella collections, and hybrid collections in the genres of dark fiction, horror, crime, thriller, dark sci-fi, and dark fantasy.
We are looking for stories that will keep readers up at night, challenge their perceptions of the world, and make them think. As we write in our bio, we love stories that are cerebral, yet appeals to our primal senses. If you have a manuscript that does just that, we would love to read it.

The last date for sending manuscripts for our first reading phase is July 31, 2023.

Depending upon your work, the author profile and what we believe to be the book's commercial viability, we shall offer two types of publication deals.
No payment by authors are required. Authors will start receiving industry-standard royalty from the first sale, as per the industry standard. We offer a flexible contract. Authors are responsible for the cost of physical author copies, which they can get at a hefty discount. (Distribution: Lulu, Amazon, Pothi (India) and elsewhere)
Upfront payment is required to cover the publication, editing, book design and other costs. (The amount may vary from USD 400 to USD 800). We offer 100% of the royalty to authors until they recover this amount, after which industry standard royalty is given. We offer a flexible contract.
